The action is based on the erotic video game Fukubiki. It features Ushio and Miharu who are living a healthy life with tons of fucking. One day, one of them gets hospitalized so the story enters the new character of Futaba. As you can guess, the marriage of the protagonists becomes slightly more complicated.
